Department of Biological Sciences: Birds of Prey and Disection

The Department of Biological Sciences hosted Madison Central High School students in the opening activities for Celebration of Science and Mathematics week.  Students visited EKU and participated in a variety of activities including a presentation which was led by the Liberty Nature Center where birds of prey such as owls, hawks, and a bald eagle were brought to the Science Building for students to view up close.  Students were also allowed to disect squids.
